PAINTING, ADDITIONS, DECKS, OR ANY OTHER NEW OUTDOOR PROJECTS:
*All painting and outdoor projects need to be approved by the Modification Design Committee.
*The committee needs to receive the modification form 14 days before the project is going to be started.
* Painting projects need to include a paint chip labeled where it will go on the house. Paint samples need to be painted on the house in a place where the modification committee can easily view it.
Send all projects to the Modification Design Committee
